Getting back into the groove...

Ok I took some time off from working out but got back into this week.

Recap:

Monday 1 hour 30 minutes. Went to the gym with my Mom we did a 30 minute AB class and an hour strength training class.

Friday 1 hour 30 minutes. Went to my gym and did 2 pilates mat classes. OUCH!!

Today 1 hour step class. OUCH AGAIN!!

The plan for next week:

Monday: 30 Day Shred DVD by Jillian Michaels

Tuesday: Step class

Wednesday: 30 Day Shred DVD

Thursday: nothing (Jury Duty)

Friday : gym

Saturday: Step class

Now that they are written down hopefully I can stick to it!!
