17.45 mile week
Last week I walked 17.45 miles and this week it is only Wednesday and I have already walked 8.39 miles!!!

Last week FAIL, this week SUCCESS!!!
Last week I did not hit my goal of 15 miles in one week.
But this week I completed 17.1 miles by Saturday!!!!

Gave up soda
Yes that's right I am trying to give up soda yet again. Yesterday was my first day without any soda. I got a pretty bad headache but feeling good today.

Workout today
Today I went to the gym and did 3 miles on the tread mill in 48 minutes. I'm so out of shape it is unbelievable. I only have 12 days until the 4 mile run. Ahh!!! I need to stay motivated.

Monday
The Jillian Michaels video IS crazy. Only 20 minutes and I was dying. Today went well. Tomorrow morning I'm off to the gym to do the step class.

Getting back into the groove...
Ok I took some time off from working out but got back into this week.
Recap:
Monday 1 hour 30 minutes. Went to the gym with my Mom we did a 30 minute AB class and an hour strength training class.
Friday 1 hour 30 minutes. Went to my gym and did 2 pilates mat classes. OUCH!!
Today 1 hour step class. OUCH AGAIN!!
The plan for next week:
Monday: 30 Day Shred DVD by Jillian Michaels
Tuesday: Step class
Wednesday: 30 Day Shred DVD
Thursday: nothing (Jury Duty)
Friday : gym
Saturday: Step class
Now that they are written down hopefully I can stick to it!!

GOAL
MY GOAL IS TO LOSE 20 POUNDS BY JUNE 28.
