Tuesday/Thursday Update & Goal for tomorrow

I forgot to update on Tuesday evening but I went to the gym and biked 5 miles and jogged 1.5 miles. Today I did the same.

My goal for tomorrow is to bike 5 miles, jog 1.5 miles and swim 200 meters (8 laps). I putting it in writing so I don't back down.
