I have been working out and just have been forgetting to update my blog. Since I didn't have to work Monday I went to the gym: biked 5 miles, jogged 1 mile.
Tuesday biked 5 miles, jogged 1.5 miles and yesterday I did the 5 miles on the bike and jogged 1.65 miles.

Tuesday Tuesday (not as bad as Monday Monday)
Today I walked 1.5 miles, biked 5 miles and swam 12 laps. I like the swim part of it a lot. Now I'm hungry.

I did it!!!!
I didn't have a chance to blog before we left for Julian but I did the bike, run (jog) and swim all in one day. In that order, I didn't want to swim first and go into the gym all wet. I am so happy to know that I can do it. Now I just need to try to speed up my jog. Yeah!!

Tuesday/Thursday Update & Goal for tomorrow
I forgot to update on Tuesday evening but I went to the gym and biked 5 miles and jogged 1.5 miles. Today I did the same.
My goal for tomorrow is to bike 5 miles, jog 1.5 miles and swim 200 meters (8 laps). I putting it in writing so I don't back down.

Gym yesterday
Yesterday I went to the gym and jogged 1.5 miles and biked 5. Didn't have a chance to blog until today.

Today
Today I biked 5 miles, and did 1.5 miles on the treadmill. 3 months and 2 days until the triathlon. I want to start swimming but it is still way too cold.
