Gave up soda

Yes that's right I am trying to give up soda yet again. Yesterday was my first day without any soda. I got a pretty bad headache but feeling good today.

I love my pedometer

Yesterday I only walked 1.63 miles because it was about 110 degrees

Pedometer and workout

On Monday I purchased a pedometer to track how many steps I take in a day and today I went to the gym. So far today I have walked 5201 steps!!

Today I went to the gym and worked out with my trainer Ana.

Went on a 6.4 mile hike yesterday!!!
